A written fee arrangement before the referral
10 %
of fees excluding VAT invoiced and collected during the first twelve months, capped at CHF 2'000.- excluding VAT.
The commission becomes due after the third month of actual payment. A VAT-registered partner invoices the commission with 8.1% VAT. A non-registered partner invoices without VAT.
Example
A client on the Suivi plan brings the partner CHF 540.-.
CHF 450.- × 12 months × 10%. For a VAT-registered partner, CHF 43.74 of VAT is added to the invoice.
