Payroll specialist
This collaboration usually takes the form of an independent mandate paid by the hour, from four hours a week. Employment remains possible. The rate is set at the first conversation.

Real tasks
- Prepare monthly payroll statements
- Manage notifications to insurers (AHV, LPP, accident insurance, family allowances) and withholding tax
- Prepare salary certificates and annual statements
- Support clients through hirings and departures
Required
- HR assistant certificate, federal diploma of HR specialist, or equivalent training
- At least two years of experience with Swiss payroll
- Command of withholding tax
Appreciated, though not required
- Experience across several cantons
- Knowledge of a Swiss payroll software
- German or Italian
